ABOUT THE PROJECT

Situated in the exclusive area of La Quinta, this beautifully styled apartment is a masterclass in soft minimalism. The interior design revolves around a calming pastel palette and organic textures, featuring warm wood tones and green corduroy, all perfectly complemented by distant, cinematic views of the Rock of Gibraltar.

Bright living room with open sliding doors and a panoramic view.

GOAL

Commissioned by the design-focused real estate agency Fantastic Frank, the objective was to deliver a premium property listing. The visual narrative needed to go beyond standard real estate photography, aiming instead for an editorial, lifestyle-driven aesthetic that sells the authentic Mediterranean experience.

CHALLENGES

While the property offered flawless styling and abundant natural light, the true challenge in high-end real estate photography is avoiding the sterile, overly wide look typical of standard property listings. The task was to accurately translate the emotional warmth of the space, the delicate pastel tones, and the tactile quality of the bespoke materials into two-dimensional images.

STRATEGY

To preserve the soft, organic ambiance of the interior, I relied exclusively on natural light. Instead of just documenting the layout, the strategy focused on a mix of wide establishing shots and intimate architectural details. By framing elements like the wooden slat room dividers, the textured bed textiles, and the seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces, I created a visual flow that feels both intimate and expansive.

RESULT

A curated, magazine-quality gallery of images that perfectly aligns with Fantastic Frank’s renowned visual standards. The photography successfully highlights the property's bespoke design and natural harmony, resulting in a highly aesthetic and engaging listing.
